Subject: Attendance Requirement for Final Examination Eligibility.

This is to inform all students of Zatno Nursing Institute that regular class attendance is mandatory for eligibility to participate in the final examination. As per the institute's policy:

1. A student will not be allowed to sit for the final examination if they miss 5 or more classes in total during the academic term.
2. A student will also be disqualified from the final examination if they miss 3 consecutive classes without valid justification.
These measures are in place to ensure students receive the necessary education and practical exposure for successful completion of their course. Any student who does not meet the attendance requirement will be ineligible to take the final exam.

* Valid medical certificates or other official documents must be submitted to the institute for absences.
* In cases of special circumstances, students must inform the administration promptly.
